NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Sponsor

The “Season Pass” Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Boyne Country Sports (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other third party.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM EST on September 1st, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 4th, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period:

Entries must be completed through the online entry form
To enter, participants must:
- Provide their name, phone number, state of residence, and email address at the time of entry.
- Agree to receive Email and SMS marketing messages from Boyne Country Sports, Boyne Mountain and The Highlands

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) "Gold" season pass valid for the 26/27 season at Boyne Mountain and The Highlands. The pass is a new pass only and cannot be used to refund or offset the cost of a previously purchased season pass.

The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner.
No cash alternative will be offered except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected on or about October 5th, 2026 from all eligible entries.
The winner will be contacted by phone and email using the information provided at entry.
Winner must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Claim

Winner will have "Gold" delivered electronically OR at the Boyne Mountain or The Highlands at Harbor Springs properties.
Valid identification may be required to claim the prize.
Winner must respond within 72 hours or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Messaging Terms

By providing contact information, entrants agree to receive marketing and promotional communications from Boyne Country Sports. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase and may be revoked at any time.

9. Publicity Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if necessary.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms & Conditions.

12. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Mail-In Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a mail-in entry as follows:

On a plain 3" x 5" card, handprint the following information:
- Full name
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
Mail the entry in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 28th, 2026 and received by October 4th, 2026 to be eligible.
Limit of one (1) mail-in entry per person.
Mail-in entries carry the same odds of winning as in-store entries.
Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or duplicate entries will be void.

14. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the Sponsor operates.
